Language holds many secrets, but you have to know where to look to discover them.

For example, when you write out a word, you spell it.

But what is a spell? A spell is magic.

You see, words call your future to you.

Don’t believe me? Try to get a new job without using a single word.

Speech is a powerful way to exert your will on the world, but reality only respects the words of certain men.

Let’s imagine a man who always talks about what he will do, but his actions show the opposite.

He can’t even manage to show up when and where he says he will throughout the week.

This man has debased his words. He’s created a dissonance between his psyche and reality. Who can take such a man seriously?

Now, take a moment to imagine a man with perfect follow through.

His word is impeccable. He fulfills his promises 100% of the time.

Do you think this man’s words carry more weight than the inconsistent man?

A man who honors his word has more currency to spend with reality.

A man like this can use his words to open portals into the future.
